(7 & 8 duplex-#10 & #11 houses)  Approx. 700 sq. ft. (24'x 30').
Two Bedrooms with a full size bed in each.  (except for one bedroom in #11 that has twin beds.)
#7 & #8 have tub-with-showers, sink, & stool.
All these 2-bedroom units have fireplaces.
#10 has log walls with wood floors, and some carpet.
#11 has carpet and linoleum floors with paneled walls.
#7 and #8 have mostly carpet
#10 and #11 can hold 4 to 9 people (with the sofa-beds and a roll-a-way in the living-kitchen-dining room).
#7 and #8 will hold 4 to 8 people. ( there are 2 sofa-hide-a-beds).
All bathrooms are accessible without going through a bedroom.
All cooking utensils and linens are furnished.
All Cabins have a charcoal grill outside by the cabin.  No Campfires permitted at cabins!
All four have full kitchens.

6 Small 1 Bedroom Units

(#1 - 6 are duplexes)

Small Duplex

Approx. 330 sq.ft. (15'x 22').
Each of these all electric units consist of:

One bedroom with closet with one full size bed.
One bath with sink, stool, and shower.
One kitchen-living-dining area with a hide-a-bed sofa.
Cooking utensils and linens are all supplied.
Has cooking stove, refrigerator, table and chairs.
Each cabin has a charcoal grill outside.
You have to walk through the bedroom to get to bathroom.
These will hold up to 4 people but the kitchen-living-dining will be crowded when the sofa hide-a-bed is folded out. 
Floors are carpet - walls are tongue and groove knotty-pine and finished sheet rock.

$75 per Night for 2 People

Reservation Policy

Confirmation of Reservation Two night's rent is due within ten days of making a reservation on all cabins. Unless renting 1 bedroom cabins for only one night. The only exception is Hunting Season; 1/2 of the total rent is due within ten days. Booking a year in advance can only be done by paying the Deposit before your departure from our cabins. Please make check payable to Conejos Cabins. A $25.00 fee is charged for each returned check

Remainder Due The balance is due upon arrival with no exceptions, and no refunds if after arriving, you decide to cut your vacation short.

Cancellation The two night's rent on the 1 and 2 bedroom cabins are refundable only with having a sixty-day notice. A $10.00 per night per cabin service charge will be retained on refunds before the cancellation deadline. No refunds are given for cancellations after the deadline. Reservations shortened after the cancellation deadline and before arrival have up to 2 nights rent deposit retained as a service charge. Balance is due on arrival even if after arriving you decide to cut your vacation short.

Tax It is necessary for us to collect state sales tax as well as lodging tax applicable at Platoro in the amount of 4.8%. If you are staying at the cabins as a tax-exempt organization, it will be necessary for you to submit a copy of your tax-exempt status letter at the time that you confirm your reservation. (If this was not submitted with your reservation confirmation, please bring it with you when you arrive)
