| The San Luis Inn Motel is located in "downtown" San Luis, the oldest town in Colorado. The motel is a modern, two-story structure which opened on February 13, 1999. We have 22 rooms furnished with either one king bed or two queen beds, five of which are smoking rooms all located on the second floor. Rooms with VCRs are available upon request, and movies can be rented at the Sinclair gas station and convenience store next door. The color scheme within the rooms and public areas is a pleasant array of maroon, green, beige and violet. There is a conference room with complete kitchen facilities available for gatherings, and for our guests' relaxation, we have an indoor hot tub. | ||

| The motel is within short walking distance of four restaurants, pizza shop with ice cream parlor, ATM, gas stations, museum, bank, coffeehouse, flower shop, and Sheriff's Station. Our primary point of interest is the Stations of the Cross Shrine, located on the mesa which towers over San Luis from the northwest. Area attractions include the Great Sand Dunes National Monument, Zapata Falls, Fort Garland Museum, Alligator Farm, the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad, San Luis Museum and Cultural Center, Ski Rio Resort, Rio Costilla Park, and Sanchez Reservoir,, which offers excellent fishing. We are also within short driving distance of the Carson National Forest, Red River Ski Resort, and Historic Taos, New Mexico. | ||

booked for conferences, reunions, or other gatherings. To make
